Please tell us about the procedure for reissuing the certificate of completion of the fire prevention management course.

Reissue of a certificate of completion is accepted at the counter of each fire department prevention section. Please submit completion certificate re-grant application such as Class A fire prevention management course to each fire department general affairs prevention section prevention section near you. A fee of 1,000 yen will be charged for each certificate of completion.
If your current location is far away and you cannot bring it, you can also accept it by mail. If you would like to reissue it by mail, please send an e-mail to the City of Yokohama, Fire Bureau Prevention Section by e-mail to the application form for reissuing a certificate of completion such as Class A fire prevention management course and a copy and image data of identification documents. (The mailing cost, etc. associated with the reissue will be borne by the applicant.)
