How to use the civic lounge (Is there a observation deck in the city hall?)

A citizen lounge is located in a part along the Ooka River, which can be accessed from the lobby on the third floor, where you can enjoy the view of Minato Mirai 21 district slowly. It can be used by anyone as a place to relax.
Available time: Weekdays 7:00-20:00
Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 10:00 to 20:00
※During the year-end and New Year holidays, opening hours may be changed or closed due to some schedules.
