A

Depending on the usage form and scale of the parking lot, a notification is required.

Parking lots that require notification

When setting up a parking lot that corresponds to all of the following items 1 to 3, a notification based on the Parking Lot Act is required in advance (the same applies when changing or abolishing).

Parking lots with a total area of 500 square meters or more.

Parking lots that can be used by anyone, such as 2-hour rental parking lots (*)

3 Parking lots for which usage fees are collected

※ Parking lots for cars with limited users, such as monthly parking lots and employee-only parking lots, are not eligible.

Prior consultation

I would like prior consultation with Motoichi person in charge beforehand so that correction after report does not occur.
Motoichi staff varies from ward to ward and may be absent, so please contact us in advance by telephone for schedule adjustment in advance consultation.

Notes

When setting up a parking lot that falls under the following items 1 and 2, it is necessary to conform to the structural standards of the parking lot based on laws and regulations regardless of the necessity of notification.

Parking lots with a total area of 500 square meters or more.
Parking lots that anyone can use, such as 2-hour rental parking lots
