　Yokohama City offers programs that allow parents and children to easily enjoy sports for those who are usually busy with child care and work and cannot easily engage in sports. This time, we will hold a sports event by a sports club instructor at LaLaport Yokohama. On the day of the event, we also offer a free day care service.

We offer sports experiences for parents and children. Parents can enjoy Pilates, and elementary school children can enjoy kids dance. (Program cooperation: TIPNESS Kamoi store)

Program for Parents, Pilates
Exercise that stabilizes the weakened trunk while keeping the spine one by one and improves posture and trunk strength. Both men and women can feel free to participate.

Program for elementary school students, Kids Dance
While incorporating dances of various genres, we dance happily to develop a sense of sound and rhythm. Children who are new to dancing can also participate. (Canceled in rainy weather)

※In case of rain, only “Pirates” and “Pilates” and daycare services are provided.
