Strengthening the monitoring system in the region in cooperation with private businesses
In Yokohama City, related businesses such as public utilities operators, newspaper stores, and courier operators who visit private homes on a daily basis will contact relevant organizations if they discover something unusual in their daily operations.

Currently, we are requesting cooperation from 56 companies. If there is a business operator who can cooperate, please contact Health and Social Welfare Bureau Health and Welfare Division (045-671-3428) first. (There are certain criteria for requesting cooperation.)

2023
On November 29, 2023, Mr. Health and Social Welfare Bureau presented a letter of appreciation to cooperating companies that made reports that led to the rescue of citizens' lives during FY2022.
2022
In fiscal 2021, there were nine cases in which this initiative led to the rescue of human lives. A letter of appreciation was presented to express appreciation to the cooperating companies who made this report.
※Since fiscal 2021, we have been holding a certificate of appreciation based on the results of the previous year's report, but this year we canceled the certificate of appreciation from the viewpoint of preventing infection in COVID-19.

On November 17, 2021, Mr. Health and Social Welfare Bureau presented a letter of appreciation to cooperating companies that made reports that led to the rescue of citizens' lives during fiscal 2020.
