Those who meet the following requirements

1. As of the date of application, you must be at least 18 years old and live, attend school, or work in Yokohama City.
2. Those who are interested in community development.
3. Person who can attend Yokohama-shi welfare town development promotion meeting during term.

Document screening will be conducted, and passers will be interviewed from mid-May to late May. For details, please refer to the following URL. (We will inform you about the date and time of the interview.)

Please write an essay within 800 characters for the following themes.
Theme "About opinions, impressions and improvements to the welfare town development promotion guidelines"

Based on town development regulations Article 7 of Yokohama-shi welfare, we investigate and discuss basic matter about promotion of town development of welfare of Yokohama.
The Yokohama City Welfare Town Development Promotion Council is organized within 30 members, including academics, businesses, and representatives of related organizations. In order to reflect the voices of citizens, we will select about two of the committee members by open call for participants.

You have you attend "town development promotion meeting of the welfare" held several times a year (reward based on Motoichi rule is paid as salary).
In addition, we may have you participate in business or opinion exchange meeting about welfare town development (basically voluntary participation, there is no reward).

About various measures and approaches about town development of the welfare, we have opinion from position of committee.
There are agenda about barrier-free standard to affect building, but want to have you say from citizen's point of view even if you do not have specialized knowledge.
For reference, we will introduce some of the matters that have been taken up in the proceedings so far.
