Dispatch of sign language interpreters in case of emergency

If there is a request for dispatch of an ambulance or sign language interpreter at the time of call 119, the ambulance will be sent to the Fire Bureau Command Center and the registered sign language interpreter will be contacted when the destination medical institution is determined. Dispatch to the medical institution.

[Target persons] As a general rule, those with hearing and speech / language dysfunction who have a residence in Yokohama City
[Usage fee] None
[Usage time] Night: Every day (including weekends and holidays) from 5:00 pm to 9:00 am the next day / New Year holidays: From 5:00 p.m. on December 28 to 9:00 p.m. on January 4
[How to apply] Please offer a sign language interpreter dispatch at the time of reporting by 119 (common to telephone and fax number) or Net119 emergency call system (*).
Others Over the above hours of use, we will respond with the existing sign language interpreter dispatch business.
