b.About free mail such as Braille mail
In the following cases, the shipping cost will be free. Please write "Braille mail" at the upper left of the surface of the mail (upper right in case of horizontal length) and open it.

(1)Mail containing only Braille for the visually impaired
(2)Recordings such as recording tapes for the visually impaired or mails containing Braille paper
※(2)This applies only to the designated Braille library, Braille publishing facility, or when it is provided from there.
