Use of Adult Guardianship System
Legally authorized guardians perform property management and personal custody of elderly people with dementia who have difficulty in decision-making alone, intellectual or mental disorders, and live with peace of mind. It is a system that protects and supports the person so that they can do it.
In order to use the system, it is necessary for relatives to file a family court.
If there are no relatives who file a petition with the family court, the Health and Welfare Center Group will provide consultation.
