It is a base organization of the "Higher Brain dysfunction support spread project", which is positioned as a local life support project under the Disability Independence Support Act, and has two higher brain dysfunction consultation support coordinators.
In addition, we perform medical rehabilitation, social rehabilitation, etc. utilizing the functions of Kanagawa Rehabilitation Hospital.

Regarding support for higher brain dysfunction in Kanagawa Prefecture, we are working on individual support, community support, cooperation construction, and dissemination enlightenment.
Specifically, in response to consultations from individuals, their families, and related organizations, we provide information on medical care, system utilization, social resources, etc., and cooperate with related organizations to provide support aimed at social participation according to their needs.
