a.Independent living assistant business for persons with disabilities
In order for persons with disabilities living alone to continue living in the community, "Independent Living Assistants" with specialized knowledge and experience will provide advice and communication support in specific living situations.
About the use, the following conduct facilities directly (conduct facilities vary depending on the type of obstacle.) Or please contact Health and Welfare Center in your ward.
[Target persons] Those who live in the city and need assistance in daily life or social life to have intellectually disabled, mentally ill, developmental disabled, and higher brain dysfunction who fall under any of the following.
1.Those who live alone in the community
2.Those who cannot receive support in daily life due to disability, illness, aging, etc. of a family living together
3.Those who want to live alone while using independent living assistants
[Contents of Support] 1.Consultation and advice by visiting, telephone, etc. (clothing, food and shelter, health management, consumer life, support for leisure activities, etc.)
2.Communication support (interpersonal relations coordination, communication coordination with related organizations, etc.)
