About person with a disability measure of Yokohama-shi

The plan for persons with disabilities is a plan that has the characteristics of the following three statutory plans (plans determined by law to be formulated). The first is the "Person with Disabilities Plan", which is a basic plan that determines the direction of measures for persons with disabilities based on the "Basic Law for Persons with Disabilities". The second is based on the "Law for Comprehensive Support of the Daily and Social Life of Persons with Disabilities (Comprehensive Support for Persons with Disabilities Act)" and determines the expected amount of necessary use for each service in disability welfare. It is "disability welfare plan" which determines that we push forward security of the smooth implementation. The third is the "Welfare Plan for Children with Disabilities", which determines the expected amount of necessary use for each service in the welfare of children with disabilities based on the Child Welfare Law, and promotes the smooth implementation. Since it is necessary to cooperate with the measures of Yokohama City and the disability welfare services set by the government, Yokohama City will formulate these three plans integrally.
