Details of the case
I can't hear you from my fifties. I don't know if I'm at home alone. Even if an ambulance comes, I don't know when it's a fire. When I moved and reported to the local welfare committee members that I could not hear, I was interviewed twice, but I couldn't rely on the local welfare committee members in the event of a disaster (many elderly people).
