Details of the case
It seems that a neighbor accidentally sees a son who is hospitalized in a psychiatric hospital doing radio exercises with other patients. Since then, he has been told his son in discriminatory words.
Regarding the case, what I wanted to do and what I thought would be better.
I think it's important to know and understand mental illness correctly, rather than prohibiting discriminatory words.
