Details of the case
Customers were angry because they couldn't understand the attention of the bus driver (because they couldn't hear them). I thought I would have ignored it.
Recently, a signboard on the driver's seat? Yes, "I'm leaving" and "Please stand up after stopping" were seen. I think it was very good to be able to understand the general public fairly by visualization. But what happens when a problem occurs?
Regarding the case, what I wanted to do and what I thought would be better.
