Details of the case
For people with physical disabilities (using wheelchairs) and language disabilities, but without intellectual disabilities, shop people will kindly respond, but I always care about language that touches children. I'm worried. For example, even at restaurants, etc., you can read the menu normally, so when you leave it to yourself, you may give too polite explanations, and it may be troublesome to understand that you are favored.
Regarding the case, what I wanted to do and what I thought would be better.
If possible, I would like you to treat an ordinary adult with the same language as it is. In order to do so, I think it is necessary to understand that "language disability = intellectual disability" is not, and to make efforts to respond on a daily basis.
