I was bullied by an employee of bicycle parking lots in City A. There was a service that would be exempt from charges when people with disabilities used bicycle parking lots, and they used it on a regular basis. However, when I asked bicycle parking lots officials because they didn't know how to perform the renewal procedure, they complained that they continued to refuse to say, "Because I don't know the operation, come to another day."
At a later date, when I went to the bicycle parking lot to renew, I seemed to be resentful of my complaint, and said, "Oh, you are disabled." It was very hard to be called "disabled person" in a loud voice.

I wanted all the staff in charge of bicycle parking lots's administrative procedures to learn the regular renewal machine operation. I complained to City A, but this company has been entrusted with the management of bicycle parking lots since then. In particular, if we take measures not to entrust the management of bicycle parking lots to businesses that cause cases of bullying persons with disabilities, we do not believe that there will be no new cases of bullying persons with disabilities by staff.
