Details of the case
In lectures, etc., the number of "with sign language interpreters" has increased, and I think it is a good thing, but there are many hearing-impaired people and deaf people who do not understand sign language. Since information cannot be obtained from sign language or voice, I often give up the lecture itself. Sign language interpreters are very good for those who are familiar with sign language as a language, but I want you to understand that some people have hearing impairments who do not understand sign language. I would like the public to publicize so that interpreters in text, such as personal computer writing interpreters, can also be handled.
Regarding the case, what I wanted to do and what I thought would be better.
