Details of the case

I needed to replace my glasses and went to the ward office to apply and was told to bring the documents of the certified doctor, but if possible, I was instructed to have the doctor at the time of certification of my notebook write it. When I went to a certified doctor, I was told the same thing and didn't write it in the end. It's often a very old story, and there's no family Ophthalmology. The manual may be the case, but if you think a little, you can see that it does not match the actual situation.

Regarding the case, what I wanted to do and what I thought would be better.

I want you to think a little more so as not to put unnecessary stress.
