Details of the case
About caseworkers at public health centers. The caseworker in my ward does not listen to me and listens to it, and feels like the government office is neglected. When I consult, I hear from my family as a regular consultation, and consulting a case worker doesn't solve anything. This is because the caseworker is on the side of the family. My preconceptions given by my family have been solidified to the people of the government office, so it is no longer a consultation for people with disabilities.
There are a lot of things I would like to talk about my home after my parents' death, my parents' care, and my future living expenses, but I can't talk to caseworkers. Also, caseworkers have not been working as caseworkers until now. Even though he wanted to work, he simply said, "You can't do it," and he didn't tell me anything about the employment support transition office. I don't know who to trust and consult, and I'm suffering alone.
Regarding the case, what I wanted to do and what I thought would be better.
(Because I work to listen to the story at a consultation reception for people with disabilities) I want the case worker to listen to the story and respond in good faith.
