In order to build a vibrant super-aging society, Yokohama City is expanding the opportunities for the elderly to play active roles in companies and local activities, and is working to create a system in which the elderly can participate in society.
As one of the initiatives, we have established a consultation desk called “Lifestyle Employment Support Spot” that introduces employment and local activities tailored to the physical and mental conditions of the elderly and encourages social participation. .
In December 2014, we installed the first window in the city at Ikiiki Center Kanazawa, a complex welfare facility in Kanazawa Ward. In addition, in late March 2018, the second window in the city was set up in Tsunashima, Kohoku-ku.
