2019 Yokohama City Future Population Estimation (in daily life area unit)
Estimation period
Based on the population of 2018 (population based on the description of the Basic Resident Register as of March 31, 2019), we estimated each year up to 2025 (Reiwa 7).
Estimation method
Cohort Factor Method
Under the Cohort Factor Act, the future population is estimated by assuming future values for each cohort (group born in the same year or in the same period) of child birth, death, transfer, and transfer, which are factors that increase or decrease population.
