Practical training for pharmaceutical students
Our hospital has established a system for accepting practical training for pharmaceutical students, and instructs six pharmaceutical students annually from the II to IV. In the practical training, we prepare a practical training curriculum, including lectures, and all members support learning. Students will be given a presentation in the last week of the course.
Information on the first day
Meeting time: 8:10
※The front entrance opens at 8 o'clock.
Meeting place: The person in charge will call you directly, so please wait in front of the drug department counter (near accounting No. 3).
※If you are coming from Negishi Station, 135 municipal buses are convenient.
Clothes
Light dress according to the season (no tie is required)
Belongings
White coat, shoes, name tag, writing utensils, training notes
Lunch and drinks (Stands and lunch boxes are available)
Please bring your money (valuables) to the minimum necessary.
For pharmaceutical companies
The permission of the hospital director is required when a drug information officer (MR) dispatched by a pharmaceutical manufacturer at this hospital conducts visiting activities. If you do not have a personal identification card for business activities, please come to General Affairs Division. Also, be sure to make an appointment in advance, except for emergency information provision.
In addition, the Pharmaceutical Department has introduced MONITARO. As a means of communication with pharmaceutical companies, we use the message function of MONITARO. If you are newly in charge of our hospital, please register.
Visitable time zone to the drug department: Weekdays from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm

If you have any of the following information, please attach an electronic medium at MONITARO and send it.
· Emergency Safety Information (Yellow Letter), Safety Bulletin (Blue Letter)
· Information on drug shortages, shipment adjustment, collection, and resumption of supply

· Revision information of the attached document

※Attached documents will be handled by electronic attachments.
· Guidance on proper use
· Changing packaging, changing various codes, discontinuing sales, transitioning to transitional items
· Transfer of sales, change of sales name, change of company name
