Promotion of support for balancing treatment and work
Last updated on August 29, 2024.
For those who want to balance treatment and work while having diseases that require long-term treatment, such as cancer, stroke, heart disease, diabetes, hepatitis, incurable disease, etc., we have compiled information so that they can continue to work vigorously with appropriate treatment without missing any opportunities for treatment or without having to prevent continuation of work due to the need for treatment.
What is the balance between treatment and work?
Companies have a duty to consider safety and have a legal responsibility to understand and respond to the adverse effects of their work on the mind and body of their employees. On the other hand, it is also true that the effects of treatment vary from person to person, so it is difficult for third parties to understand. It is important for the continuation of employment to have an attitude of communicating with the affected people.
