Childhood cancer experienced dock consultation expense subsidy
People who have been treated for cancer in childhood (experienced childhood cancer) tend to have a higher risk of developing lifestyle-related diseases and cancer from young age due to the effects of anticancer drugs and radiation therapy. In order to detect diseases early and prevent them from becoming more severe, it is important to habitually maintain and maintain health management through regular medical examinations. From fiscal 2025, in order to support medical examinations, we will provide subsidies for those with experience with childhood cancer, "Yokohama Childhood Cancer Experience Dock," which is being implemented in Yokohama City Minato Red Cross Hospital.

Targets, Grants, etc.
Target person (one corresponding to all of the following)
□ Those listed in the Basic Resident Register of Yokohama City at the time of application
□ "Yokohama Childhood Cancer Experienced Dock" Basic item Those who are under 40 years old at the time of consultation
□ Those under the age of 18 who have developed "malignant neoplasms", a target disease for chronic childhood illness
□ Those who have received the "Yokohama Childhood Cancer Experienced Dock" in Yokohama City Minato Red Cross Hospital after April 1, 2025 and spent the expenses related to the basic items of the "Yokohama Childhood Cancer Experienced Dock"
□ Those who are not gangsters prescribed in Article 2, Item 3 of the Yokohama City Gangster Exclusion Ordinance (December 2011 Yokohama City Ordinance No. 21)
Expenses to be subsidized (for expenses that have not been subsidized)
22,990 yen for the basic item of "Yokohama Childhood Cancer Experienced Dock"
※Document preparation fees, optional examinations, and additional courses for the “Yokohama Childhood Cancer Experienced Dock Course Option Provision Form” are not eligible.
Number of grants
You can apply only once per year, and up to 5 times until the age on the consultation day reaches the age of 40.

In principle, the applicant shall be the applicant. (If the target person is a minor, the guardian applies.)
