This is an initiative aimed at contributing to the improvement and realizing services such as medical care and nursing care according to the condition of each patient.

　Yokohama City has established the “Regional Medical Collaboration Network Study Group Utilizing Yokohama City ICT” to study how to use ICT that can be used more effectively and efficiently in the future of 2025, when baby boomers will become seniors. (From FY2015)
