For the purpose of promoting the construction of a regional medical cooperation network utilizing ICT in the region, in 2017, "Regional medical cooperation network guidelines utilizing Yokohama ICT (hereinafter referred to as" city guidelines ") In fiscal 2018, common sage Net was established in Tsurumi Ward as a demonstration project of the City Guidelines.
Medical and nursing care institutions share patient information (electronic medical record information, medical institution consultation history, drug prescription history, test results, etc.) through a cooperative network utilizing ICT, thereby improving community medicine and welfare. This is an initiative aimed at contributing to the improvement and realizing services such as medical care and nursing care according to the condition of each patient.
Yokohama City has established the “Regional Medical Collaboration Network Study Group Utilizing Yokohama City ICT” to study how to use ICT that can be used more effectively and efficiently in the future of 2025, when baby boomers will become seniors. (From FY2015)
3 About Yokohama-shi EHR construction demonstration project
(1) Process
