[Open call for opinions has been completed] About open call for opinions pertaining to revision of the regulations enforcement regulations about medical expenses subsidy such as Yokohama-shi single-parent homes

　Under the medical expenses subsidy program for single-parent families, etc., those who are up to the first March 31 after the date of reaching 18 years of age are eligible for the elementary school studenｔ, and those who are enrolled in schools under the age of 20 are also subsidized as elementary school studenｔ.
　Schools stipulated in the rules include high schools and special needs schools stipulated in Article 1 of the School Education Act, but there are no provisions for junior high schools and compulsory education schools as stipulated in Article 1 of the School Education Act, junior high schools of special needs schools, or equivalents.
　In addition, in response to the planned increase in the income limit pertaining to the partial payment of the Child Raising Allowance Law Enforcement Ordinance (Government Ordinance No. 405 of 1961), the Yokohama City Ordinance for Enforcement of Ordinance (Yokohama City Regulation No. 13, March 1992) concerning subsidies for medical expenses for single-parent families, etc.
