Every October 10th is World Mental Health Day.
Yokohama City also supports the purpose of raising interest in mental health, eliminating prejudice, and deepening correct knowledge and understanding, and is working to raise awareness. As part of this, we created a book list with Chuo-toshokan to consider mental care.
There are many types of self-care in mind, both casual and special things in everyday life. In this book list, you may find an unexpected way.
