Notification when handling food at local events (festivals, events, etc.) (Providing food that does not fall under business)
In recent years, local events such as summer festivals, inhabitant festivals, and school festivals held in the region have diversified their contents as exchange events that revitalize the region, and the cooking process is complicated for foods provided. Items are increasing.
In response to this situation, we have formulated the "Guidelines for Handling Food Provision at Events" with the aim of preventing food poisoning and other accidents at local events.
If you are a festival or event that falls under any of the following and provide food at an event that meets the requirements stipulated in the guidelines for the number of days and locations of the event, please submit an "Event Holding Notification".
- Athletic meet and summer festival organized by residents' organizations such as Neighborhood Associations, Neighborhood Association and shopping streets
- Citizen's festival which is sponsored or co-sponsored by the city
- fair festivals such as shrines and temples
- Agricultural festivals, industrial festivals, etc. organized by various organizations such as agricultural cooperatives and fishery cooperatives
- Various events held by welfare organizations
- Corporate festivals held by companies to local residents, etc. (except when they are held in the form of events as part of the company's original business activities)
- School festivals, athletic meet, bazaars, etc. hosted by schools (including nursery schools and kindergartens)
It defines the items to be followed by food, equipment, and food handlers.
