[For FY2022] Percentage of usage fees (childcare fees) when using childcare and educational facilities outside the city (COVID-19 infection)

・If the facility is closed to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infection infection, download the “registration form (word: 30KB)” and request the entry of the facility outside the city you are using.
・The “registration form Gardening Status” filled out by the facility must be submitted to Yokohama City from the facility.
※When registration form arrives, we will check with the facilities and local governments from Yokohama City if necessary.

• If there is a request from a parent or guardian to fill out the “Enrollment Status registration form (Word: 30KB)”, please check the status of going to the park and fill it out.
• Once completed, please submit it to the City of Yokohama, Child and Youth Bureau Childcare and Education Certification Division by electronic application form (outside site) or mail. (Please submit by the middle of the following month when the park was closed.)
• If necessary, we will check with the facilities and local governments from Yokohama City.

If the usage fee is changed due to prorated calculation, a notice will be sent from Yokohama City to parents and suburban facilities.
Please note that refunds are different between licensed nursery schools (private) and other facilities.
①In the case of licensed nursery schools (private)
・“Delivery Notice” that describes the changed usage fee (childcare fee) (approximately two months after notification. Example: July will be notified around September to October) and a “Refund Notice” (scheduled for the month following the delivery notice) will be sent to inform you of the refund amount.
・In addition, only if the "financial institution name" column of the refund destination is blank in the refund notice, it is necessary to return the "account confirmation slip" enclosed with the refund notice.
・The amount notified in the refund notice will be returned by bank transfer (approximately 4 months after notification).
※We do not send you a "Refund Transfer Notice (Notice of when and which account Niikura will be transferred)" when the refund is transferred. Please check your bankbook.

②Other than licensed nursery schools (private) (licensed nursery schools (public), certified children's schools, small-scale childcare businesses, etc.)
・Please refer to the usage fee (childcare fee) change notice for the amount of usage fee (childcare fee).
・Regarding the timing and method of refund of usage fees (childcare fees), the handling differs depending on the facility, so please check with the facility (in the case of a publicly licensed nursery school, the local government) for details.
　
※Yokohama City will notify each facility that the usage fee has been changed.
