■[List of Training 1] The “Career Improvement Training for Nursery Teachers (sponsored by Yokohama City)” is intended for childcare and educational facilities in Yokohama City.
■[List of Training 1] Completion of “Career Improvement Training for Nursery Teachers (sponsored by Yokohama City)” is a requirement to complete the training for additional treatment II and staff treatment improvement expenses.

■[List of Training 2] "Training and research for childcare and educational facility staff (other than career advancement training for nursery teachers)" is intended for childcare and educational facilities in Yokohama City (excluding some training).
■[List of Training 2] Completion of training in “○ (Yes)” is a requirement for completion of training for staff treatment improvement expenses for nursery schools and community-based childcare businesses, addition to treatment improvement for authorized child institution and kindergarten II, and completion of training for staff treatment improvement expenses.
※In principle, the director, the director of the facility, the deputy director, the principal, the deputy director, the chief nursery teacher, etc. are not subject to additional treatment improvement and staff treatment improvement expenses.

　・Please print and use "Cover Sheet", "For Handwriting (1st Sheet)" and "For Handwriting (2nd Sheet)".
(※) From 2023, the issuance of a certificate of completion has become a method of downloading, saving, and printing from the Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System (excluding career advancement training and commissioned training for nursery teachers). The certificate of completion is A4 size and includes the garden, Name of the facility, student name, training name, and attendance (completion) time.
