Overview of Regional Youth Plaza
Purpose
In addition to providing comprehensive consultation on adolescents and adolescents such as truancy and Hikikomori and operating a place for young people to become independent, we plan to cooperate with NPOs and other organizations and wards that support young people in the community. This facility is established by Yokohama City and operated by NPOs for the purpose of conducting activities closely related to the community. (Yokohama City Subsidiary Project)
Targets
Young people living in the city between the ages of 15 and 39 and their families
Business description
- General consultation (telephone consultation, visit consultation, home visit, etc.)
- Conduct specialized consultation for young people with difficulties such as withdrawal at the ward office
- Management of a place for young people who are recovering from withdrawal
- Implementation of programs for social and working experience
- Cooperation with local related support organizations, ward offices and creation of regional networks
- Training and dispatch of support partners
Opening hours
Monday to Saturday from 11:00 to 19:00
※Please contact each Youth Plaza for the opening time of your place of residence.
Holidays
Third Monday, Sunday, public holidays, New Year's holidays (January 1 to January 3, December 29 to December 31)
※If the third Monday is a national holiday, the second or fourth Monday is closed.
