※You can only apply for the exam via the Internet. There is no application form for paper examination.

※Applications for the examination are accepted until 5:00 pm on Monday, May 12th.
※It will be shipped sequentially from Monday, April 7th. Thank you for your understanding.

Others	When requesting by mail, please make a request as soon as possible in consideration of the postal circumstances and the application period for the examination. Due to postal processing procedures, if mailed by simple registered mail or delivery record, it may take a few days for delivery to the department in charge. If you are in a hurry, please send by express delivery instead of using simple registered mail.

Size	Square No. 2 envelope (size enough to fit A4 paper without breaking) ※Please strictly adhere to the specified size. If you prepare something other than the specified size, you may not be able to send recruitment information due to insufficient postage or lack of examination guidance.
Stamp	Stamping for 270 yen ※If you wish to have express delivery, please write "Express delivery" in red on the front of the reply envelope and attach a stamp worth 570 yen.
