About conduct of prior lottery of observer "City of Yokohama, Board of Education Secretariat regular meeting"
We are pleased to announce that the City of Yokohama, Board of Education Secretariat regular meeting held on August 4, 2023 has been decided by lottery for those who can observe in the meeting room on the day.

3 Lottery Method
For each applicant, put a tag with a number in the box and draw a lottery. We received applications from 75 people. ※Number tags are not in the order of application.
We had municipal administration reporter draw number tag.
We have decided on 20 winners.
4 About dispatch of prior lottery result of hearing applicant
Regardless of winning or losing, the lottery results will be sent by mail by Thursday, July 27.
In addition, we plan to broadcast live on the Internet where you can see the status of the deliberations on your smartphone or PC. Internet broadcasts can be viewed even by those who have not applied for the advance lottery.
