About Yokohama-shi general education meeting
With the enforcement of the revised law of the "Law Concerning Organization and Management of Local Education Administration" in April 2015, it has become mandatory for all local governments to establish a "General Education Council". This meeting is presided over by the chief, and the two sides share the direction of the education policy by discussing and coordinating measures that the chief and the Board of Education should focus on education in public. It is expected to be executed in a unified manner.

About Yokohama-shi education general rules

In Motoichi, in 2021 general education meeting that we held on December 20, 2021, we decided to substitute for education general rules with "the fourth Yokohama-shi education promotion basic plan".
