This time, the national guidelines were revised in August 2022 to realize the “new teacher learning,” and the “4th Yokohama City Educational Promotion Basic Plan” was formulated in March 2023. Based on this, we revised the "Yokohama City Human Resource Development Index" to share goals for fostering faculty and staff who continue to learn autonomously. In March 2025, we revised indicators for school nurses and chief teachers (care), nutrition teachers and chief teachers (nutrition), and school nutrition staff.

In order to achieve the objectives of this indicator, the “image of teachers to be shown as career stages” and “specific content of qualities and abilities acquired by teachers, etc.” will be shared with university officials, schools, and the Board of Education. We will actively promote initiatives for integrated enhancement of training, recruitment, and training for teachers.

From the situation surrounding, we have decided that these two revisions will be more important in the future, such as "response to children who need special consideration and support" and "utilization of ICT and information and educational data."

As for the qualities and abilities required of principals and vice principals, in the coming era, it is necessary to collect, organize, analyze, and share various data surrounding schools, elementary school studenｔ students, faculty and staff, and information on the internal and external environments in which schools are located (assessment), and maximize the educational power of schools through interaction between stakeholders inside and outside schools (facilitation). In addition, based on the fact that the career stage was set in [Teacher Version, Chief Teacher Version] and the appearance of each stage was embodied, the vice principal image and principal image required in [Management Version] were specified. .

In regard to health consultation and health guidance, he emphasized the importance of addressing health issues for elementary school studenｔ students in cooperation with organizations inside and outside the school, while demonstrating the expertise of school nurses in a series of responses to health guidance based on health consultation.

Until now, school nutrition staff and nutrition teachers / chief teachers (nutrition) have used the same human resource development index, but have been revised as another human resource development index in order to emphasize clearly different parts of the required job content. .
