1 Business description
（１） Temporary protection elementary school studenｔ's health management, outpatient attendance and medication management
（２） Matters related to health management in temporary shelters
（３） Disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work, only during working hours)

5 Working conditions and compensation
（１） Appointment period
May 1, Reiwa 7-March 31, Reiwa 8
（２） Working days and hours
2 days a week (excluding Saturday, Sunday, national holidays, and New Year's holidays)
8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
(Rest time: 1 hour specified by the director during work)
（３） Salary
15,180 yen per day
Commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses, up to 55,000 yen) will be paid separately.
※Remuneration may be changed during the appointment period.
