Please call the sales office in charge.
Lost items on the municipal bus are kept at the sales office that operates the bus of the boarding system.
- Please ask the sales office in charge from the list of sales offices by system.
(Lost and lost items at bus terminals, etc. are not kept on municipal buses. Please contact police department.

Please contact the Yokohama Call Center post form or fax. When making an inquiry, please fill in the information on lost items, the bus system, date and time, bus stop, etc. of the used bus. Please note that it will take about 2 weeks to answer.
