About consultation counter such as window burden ratio

If you have any questions about medical expenses's window burden ratio, you can consult with your ward office Insurance and Pension Division.
・Depending on age, medical expenses pays 20% for 6 years old, 30% for 69 years old, and 20% or 30% for 70 to 74 years old.
・In addition, if medical expenses's out-of-pocket expenses are high, the window burden will be limited to the amount based on the applicable limit category according to age and income category.
・At the time of consultation at medical institutions, you will have to pay medical expenses according to these window burden ratios and limit application categories, but if you doubt that the window burden ratio etc. is incorrect for this bill, you can consult with your ward office Insurance and Pension Division.
※ If you are charged at a window burden ratio different from your insured person's card, etc.
