In the third district of Izumi-cho, Izumi-ku, we plan to carry out house indication in the fall of 2014.
Along with this, we will conduct a residence survey to establish a new Address, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation.

About the survey
- The survey period is from mid-April 2014 to the fall of 2014.
- An investigator from Japan Urban Development Co., Ltd., commissioned by Yokohama City, will visit you.
(The investigator wears an armband and carries an ID card issued by Yokohama City.) - We will not investigate by telephone.
- Personal information will be properly managed and will not be used for any purpose other than the purpose of displaying the house.

- Confirmation of the shape of the house and the position of the entrance
- Confirmation of the name of the person who needs to issue a certificate of change in Address
- Presence or absence of business establishments
- Investigation and installation of the location of the block display board
