We publish a web service that extracts and guides necessary procedures individually using your own smartphone or personal computer.

Overview of Procedure Guide (Condolence)
You can individually guide the necessary procedures and belongings by simply answering simple questions from your smartphone or personal computer 24 hours a day, 365 days a year about the condolence procedures performed by the bereaved family. Please use it.
Please note that depending on individual circumstances, procedures that are not indicated in the procedure guide may be required.
