Notification of furigana to be listed in family register
The furigana scheduled to be listed in family register will be notified by postcard from the municipality of your domicile after May 26, 2025.
The timing of notification varies depending on the municipality.
The timing of notification to those who have permanent domicile in Yokohama will be announced in the future.

When you receive the postcard, please check the reading first.

If the reading is correct, you don't have to submit a report.
It will be listed in family register after May 26, 2026 (Reiwa 8) without notification.
↓
If the reading is wrong, please notify us online, mail, or at the counter by May 25, 2026 (Reiwa 8).
It is convenient to submit an online report using My Number Card.
