1 Please apply directly to the nursery school by telephone.
We will ask you about your child's name, gender, age, pick-up, emergency contact number, and reasons for using it. In that case, be sure to check what you need for use.

Health insurance card, driver's license, maternal and child health handbook, private seal, application form (you can also fill in at nursery school), bag, change of clothes, pajamas, disposable diapers (if necessary), shoes, etc. What you have done

2 After applying over the phone, please come directly to the nursery school.
Please bring what you need for use and apply for use at the nursery school. At that time, we will check again what we talked about over the phone.

3 Use and Pick-up
Please leave your child upon approval of the use of the nursery school.
Also, please let me know emergency contact number so that I can get in touch at any time.
Please be sure to observe the pick-up time. Please be sure to contact us if you exceed the limit.

■About reduction of taxes system
For those who live in Yokohama City and who are eligible for the following, there is a reduction in usage fees.
※Snacks and school lunch fees are not reduced.
※If you are unable to return home, give birth, temporarily return from overseas, or submit required documents, you will not be eligible.
○social security households, municipal tax-exempt households, single-parent households, etc. will be reduced by 50%.
○Reduce by 50% for multiple fetuses. (Excluding siblings of multiple fetuses)
○If used in siblings, reduce the lower child by 30%.
○Households with a total municipal tax income rate of less than 77,101 yen will be exempted from one-third of the usage fee.
■To use the tax exemption system
Certificates (social security certificate, social security (start) decision letter, welfare payment certificate, municipal tax, prefectural tax, forest environmental tax (non-taxable) certificate, Child Raising Allowance certificate, welfare Medical Certificate (single parent certificate) etc.) must be presented to the nursery school before or on the day of use. Documents certifying multiple fetuses will be checked in the Maternal and Child Health Handbook and resident certificate.
