In recent years, companies have been required to respect human rights and promote diversity. What kind of image do you have about this?
In this seminar, a lecturer who worked as a person with severe hearing loss at a company introduces tips to make it easier for everyone to work and live, based on his own experience.
At work and in daily life, we talk about how to value yourself and the people around us in a bright and easy-to-understand manner, so anyone can feel free to take a look!

I went to a local school from kindergarten to high school and went to Kobe University.
After graduation, he worked as a personnel appointment at Sony Corporation for general recruitment.
In the wake of her daughter being incurable disease, she launched Defsapo Co., Ltd., providing educational support, corporate lectures, and consulting on diversity.
Currently, he lives in the United States with his family in relation to MASSDRIVER, a web marketing company launched by a couple.
YouTube's "Hearing Yukako's Challenge" boasts 120,000 registrants and has been played over 100 million times.
