"Diversity & Inclusion Handbook for Thinking about Diversity and Workplace Creation"
Last updated on January 4, 2023.
In order to promote understanding of sexual diversity for companies and businesses, we have created a handbook that summarizes issues at work, examples of what can be done at work, and revisions to the Power Harassment Prevention Law.
Working to support LGBT and other sexual minorities in a company leads to the creation of a workplace where not only the parties but also everyone who works there can work comfortably without feeling the stress of prejudice or discrimination. "Diversity & Inclusion (Diversity and Social Inclusion)" sounds stiff, but everyone, regardless of their own, family, child care, nursing care, illness, etc. It is important for everyone who works there to create a workplace where they can work "like themselves."
