When you do not receive the email

If you do not receive the e-mail, the following causes are mainly possible.

1. The email address is incorrectly entered.
   Just in case, check the registered address.
2. Anti-spam measures (domain-specified reception, reception permission, etc.) are taken.
   Please set (address) so that you can receive e-mails from [email protected].
3. Sending and receiving e-mails is currently stopped due to equipment maintenance of your provider.
   Please refer to the announcement of the provider's website.

If you do not receive a reservation notification e-mail from your mobile phone company or provider due to unknown address, etc., or if the e-mail does not return to the library, the library information system determines that the reservation notification e-mail has arrived and sends the e-mail The reservation materials will be canceled within one week from the date of sending.
Be sure to check if you receive an email from "[email protected]".
If you do not receive the e-mail even though your registered e-mail address is not incorrect, please contact your mobile phone company or provider.

After logging in to My Library, you can register or change your email address from the "Change User Information" screen.

How to register e-mail

At the time of registration, you can receive a registration completion email by setting "Registration completion email delivery destination".
Setting method: Select "My PC" or "Mobile" according to the address to be registered, and set the delivery status to "Distribution".
