Otsumura was formed in 1889 by the merger of eight villages, Mamedo, Shinohara, Kikuna, Taru, Ozone, Futoo, Minami Tsunashima, and Kita Tsunashima. It was transferred to Kanagawa Ward and Kohoku Ward in 1927. | |||
