A copy of what was compiled in 1913 as educational materials for Murauchi Elementary School. An overview of the village, such as the number of units, major products, schools and historic sites. Otsumura was formed in 1889 by the merger of eight villages, Mamedo, Shinohara, Kikuna, Taru, Ozone, Futoo, Minami Tsunashima, and Kita Tsunashima. It was transferred to Kanagawa Ward and Kohoku Ward in 1927.

It also contains a lot of materials on flood damage and flood control in the Tsurumi River and Hayabuchi River basins. There is a description of the author at the end of the book.

It was published in 1986 by the Kohoku Ward Local History Compilation Committee in 1986 in response to "Kohoku Hundred Story" published in 1976. It is detailed as a history from the primitive to the Middle Ages, and from the early modern era, the ward is divided into seven districts and detailed in the form of following Ayumi each. Archaeological sites, religions, education, folklore, ancient roads, etc. are taken up as supplements.
