3. At the time of heat stroke warning alert announcement (Kanagawa Prefecture) ※Includes heat stroke Special Warning Alert. (At Minami Hiyoshi Station, a trial tour will also be conducted at the time of presentation.)
4. In cases where alternative land cannot be prepared due to construction of patrol sites, etc.
5. In case of emergency response such as road conditions or traffic accidents
