About cancellation of patrol
In the following cases, the tour may be canceled. Thank you for your understanding.
- In case of bad weather such as rain, snow or strong wind
- weather warning (heavy rain, heavy snow, etc.) announced (Kawasaki, Yokohama)
- At the time of heat stroke warning alert announcement (Kanagawa Prefecture) ※Includes heat stroke Special Warning Alert.
- In cases where alternative land cannot be prepared due to construction of patrol sites, etc.
- In case of emergency response such as road conditions or traffic accidents
